Check-in begins at 3:00p.m. And check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation and deposit policies vary by the confirmed rate. The policies regarding your specific reservation are provided at the time the reservation is made. Pets are accepted. Pet cleaning fee is a one-time payment of $50 that will be charged at check-in. The only exception to the cleaning fee is a Service Dog (Emotional Support Animals do not qualify and will still require the fee).

• Up to two domestic pets per room.
• Pets must always be kept on a leash in public spaces.
• Pets are allowed in all areas except for the Huntington House Tavern and the pool.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste.
• Should deep cleaning be required in the room, we reserve the right to charge a $50 per hour cleaning fee.
• Unattended Pets: Pets are not to be unattended in guest rooms at any time. If we receive a pet-related noise complaint, and the owner is not present, the owner will be
  contacted and asked to return to their room to collect the pet.
• Owners will be held liable for any damage caused to the property by the pet.
• Non-Disclosed Pet Fee: $150.

We offer air mattresses for an additional $25 and cribs for no charge. However, both of these amenities must be reserved in advance.

We require a first night's deposit for all cabins.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at Grand Lake Lodge and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated locations only. A violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $250.

When you book a stay at Grand Lake Lodge, your rate includes a $18 amenity fee. This fee will go towards year-round maintenance of our high-quality amenities that make your stay here extra special like the pool, Deer Deck, and more.
