Cancellation and deposit policies vary by the confirmed rate. The policies regarding your specific reservation are provided at the time the reservation is made. Dogs are welcome and must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet will apply.  Only dogs are allowed. Non-disclosure of a pet may result in a fine of up to $150.00. Service animals are not charged. We accept service animals, if an accident occurs in the room and a deep clean is needed there will be a $150 fee added to the room.

• Up to two domestic dogs per room. Dogs not permitted in Jupes accommodation.
• Dogs must always be kept on a leash in public spaces.
• Dogs are allowed in all areas except for the Huntington House Tavern and the pool.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste.
• Should deep cleaning be required in the room, we reserve the right to charge a $50 per hour cleaning fee.
• Unattended Dogs: Dogs are not to be unattended in guest rooms at any time. If we receive a pet-related noise complaint, and the owner is not present, the owner will be contacted and asked to return to their room to collect the pet.
• Owners will be held liable for any damage caused to the property by the pet.
• Non-Disclosed Pet Fee: $150.

No. Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the Jupe units.

We offer air mattresses for an additional $25 and cribs for no charge. However, both of these amenities must be reserved in advance.

We require a first night's deposit for all cabins.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at Grand Lake Lodge and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated locations only. A violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $250.

When you book a stay at Grand Lake Lodge, your rate includes a $18 amenity fee. This fee will go towards year-round maintenance of our high-quality amenities that make your stay here extra special like the pool, Deer Deck, and more.
