Check-in begins at 3:00p.m. And check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Reservations canceled on or before 15 days prior to arrival date will receive a deposit refund less a $25 cancellation fee. A deposit is required for the first night of the reservation. Reservations canceled within 15 days of the arrival date will forfeit the total deposit amount. A $25 cancellation fee will be imposed against any refund due.

There are no refunds for early departure.

For reservations of our Elk and Ford cabins, 50% of the deposit will be refundable if canceled until 15 days before arrival date. For all other units, we will schedule a refund, minus a $25.00 cancelation fee.

A full refund will be provided if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation. No refund will be given if the cancelation request is made within 15 days of arrival.

MAJOR HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations subject to forfeit of 1st night's stay. Reservations require a minimum deposit equal to the first night, at the time of reservations. Applies to all Hospitality Units and Hotel Rooms. This applies to the following weekends, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve.

Pets are accepted. Pet cleaning fee is a one-time payment of $50 that will be charged at check-in. The only exception to the cleaning fee is a Service Dog (Emotional Support Animals do not qualify and will still require the fee).

• Up to two domestic pets per room.
• Pets must always be kept on a leash in public spaces.
• Pets are allowed in all areas except for the Huntington House Tavern and the pool.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste.
• Should deep cleaning be required in the room, we reserve the right to charge a $50 per hour cleaning fee.
• Unattended Pets: Pets are not to be unattended in guest rooms at any time. If we receive a pet-related noise complaint, and the owner is not present, the owner will be
  contacted and asked to return to their room to collect the pet.
• Owners will be held liable for any damage caused to the property by the pet.
• Non-Disclosed Pet Fee: $150.

We offer air mattresses for an additional $25 and cribs for no charge. However, both of these amenities must be reserved in advance.

We require a first night's deposit for all cabins.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at Grand Lake Lodge and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated locations only. A violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $250.

When you book a stay at Grand Lake Lodge, a small additional resort fee of $18 per night will be added to your total. This fee goes towards year-round maintenance the communal amenities that make your stay here extra special, including our pool, our Deer Deck, our porch swings and our playground.
