Fly into Denver International
Airport (DIA). We are a 2 1/2 to 3 hours Northwest from there.
By Car
General
The Grand Lake Lodge's
private entrance is located 1/2 mile north of the Village of Grand Lake,
on Highway 34, or 1/2 mile south of the Rocky Mountain National Park West
Entrance Visitor Center.
From
Denver International Airport
From Pena Blvd,
go West on I-70 for about 55 miles. Exit North on US 40. This
will take you over Berthoud Pass and through Winter Park. At Granby,
take US Hwy. 34 North to Grand Lake. Our drive way is 1/2 mile north
of the village of Grand Lake (it will be on right side of road).
You will pass the entrance sign to the national park, but if you pass the
visitor center, you have gone too far. Home James Shuttle Service
can transport you directly to the front steps of the Grand Lake Lodge if
you choose not to rent a car. Their information is: phone-

From
Estes Park
Take US Hwy. 34 (Trail
Ridge Road) through Rocky Mountain National Park. This will take you
past the Alpine Visitor Center and over Milner Pass. After you exit
the national park, the Grand Lake Lodge is 1/2 mile south of the Visitor Center
(it will be on left side of road). If you get to the town of Grand Lake,
you have gone too far.

and train station is Granby. We are 20 minutes north of Granby.
